The company uses advertising, referrals and networks with other HR solutions provided out the required candidates. We have staffs which confidently selects the right people through personal interview and reference checking to meet the criteria set by each client. The screening process also includes the verification if the candidates really match the job being offered to them. The candidates will also be asked if they understand and accept the terms and agreements being presented to them as well as the medical procedures. The company have accredited clinic to check and make sure that the candidates are physically and mentally fit for the job categories they belong.
The company uses a computerized recruitment system to ensure the prompt response to every client need. A demand letter received from the client should specifically contain the number of required categories/jobs as well as the salary. The agreement about the nature of the job, salary , accommodation, working hours and other benefits should be fulfilled by the client.
A contract or a deed of the understanding signed between AHR and the employer with details as mentioned above in the demand letter should be fulfilled to proceed with the sourcing of the same as either of the above document will be required legally to proceed with adverts in the international market.
The probationary period would be three months upon deployment.
the service charge will be agreed upon by both parties after the proposal has been discussed and clarifications have been made. This may vary on a case to case basis. Warranty At SHHRC we have a unique warranty policy. If an employee sourced by us does not perform satisfactorily as per employers requirements in spite of all the training’s during the probationary period i.e 3 months of employment, we would replace the candidate for free (excluding visa expenses).
For the medical requirements of the workers, the company will provide the necessary certificates from an accredited doctor and hospital for the assurance that the workers are free from diseases and perfectly in good health. In case of unforeseen circumstances, that a worker is found unfit to the category and needs to be replaced, the company shall be liable in sending him back to his country of origin and have a replacement the soonest possible time.
